In Azerbaijan, I had the privilege of living an incredible experience as a Framesi trainer, and it reminded me why education is such a powerful part of our industry. During the session, we explored the world of Framesi FRAMCOLOR Glamour and how to create modern, luminous results with precision, from consultation to final finish. We also went deep into the full Decolor B range, focusing on safe, controlled lightening, clean blondes, and creative possibilities while respecting the hair’s integrity.

What made these days truly special was the energy in the room. The participants were not only highly attentive and curious, but also genuinely passionate about growing their skills. The questions, the sharing of ideas, and the excitement during the practical moments created an inspiring atmosphere.
