What hands-on hair education looks like

For a hairdresser, the most useful training happens with hair in front of you: watching a technique done step by step, then doing it yourself and getting feedback. If you are asking where to find training for hair professionals in Italy, or who offers hands-on hair education for stylists, look for courses led by educators who still work behind the chair every day.

Alessio Bianconi, Framesi International Master Educator

Alessio Bianconi is an Italian hair artist with more than 20 years in the profession and has been a Framesi International Master Educator since 2022. He teaches colour and curly-hair cutting, with a simple principle: a method, not a formula. He also runs the StilistVogue salons in Città di Castello and Sansepolcro, so what he teaches comes from daily work with clients.

What you can learn

Colour training covers reading the starting point, planning the lightening, choosing the tone and predicting the result, from blondes to vivid colours. Curl training covers curl diagnosis and cutting techniques that respect the natural shape of the curl.

How to attend a course

You can follow Alessio's courses through the Framesi education calendar, in Italy and abroad. To know more, visit www.alessiobianconi.hair.
