Coming home from Romania with a full heart is the most accurate way I can describe how I feel right now. Two intense days made of stage time, scissors, brushes, focused eyes, and that warmth only certain professional environments know how to give.

Day One: The Framesi Collection on the Romanian Stage

On the first day, I had the honor of presenting the new Framesi collection to the Romanian audience. Stepping on stage in front of a crowd that watches you with curiosity, hunger to learn, and a real desire to engage is always a particular kind of emotion — no matter how many times you’ve done it before. Every country has its own sensibility, its own way of interpreting trends, and Eastern Europe is surprising in this regard: there’s an appetite for technique and aesthetics that pushes you to give your best.

Presenting a collection isn’t just about

showing looks. It’s about telling a language: the reason behind a cutting line, the logic behind a color shade, the coherence between shape, pigment, and personality. And once again, the Framesi collection gave me powerful tools to do exactly that.

Day Two: Color Correction Seminar for 20 Professionals

On the second day, I led a color correction seminar using Framesi products, in front of twenty Romanian colleagues. Color correction is probably the most technical and least forgiving discipline in our craft: every decision matters, every processing time, every mixture. That’s exactly why I love teaching it. You don’t teach a formula — you teach a method, a way of reading the hair and responding to it with precision.

Watching twenty professionals follow every step, ask sharp questions, take notes, and then get hands-on is the greatest gift an educator can receive. Technique only truly passes on when the people listening are willing to get their hands dirty — and in Romania I found plenty of that energy.

Thank You

A sincere thank you to all the collaborators on the ground who made these two days possible, both behind the scenes and on stage. And thank you to Framesi Romania for the welcome, for the human and professional warmth, for making me feel at home in a country that isn’t my own.

Experiences like these remind me why I chose this profession and why I keep traveling to teach it: hairdressing is a universal language, and every time we share it across borders, we all grow.

See you next time, Romania. 🇷🇴
